Introduction
CAAS ("we," "our," or "us") develops and operates the Tabata+ application (the "Service"), an ad-supported mobile application provided free of charge. This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use the Service, and explains your rights in relation to that information.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meaning as in our Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise defined here.
Information Collection and Use
We do not directly collect or store personally identifiable information on our own servers. Any information you provide while using the Service, such as workout settings and preferences, is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to or collected by us.
The Service integrates third-party services that may independently collect information used to identify you, as described in Section 3 below.

Log Data
In the event of an error within the application, we may collect data and information (through third-party products) from your device, referred to as "Log Data." This Log Data may include your device's name, operating system version, application configuration at the time of use, the date and time of use, and related statistics.
Cookies
Cookies are small data files commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. The Service does not directly use cookies; however, third-party code and libraries integrated into the Service may use cookies to collect information and improve their offerings. You may accept or decline cookies through your device or browser settings. Declining cookies may limit your ability to use certain features of the Service.
Data Retention
We do not collect, store, or retain personal data on our own servers or in any private cloud. Information you enter into the application is retained solely on your local device and is automatically removed when you uninstall the application or clear its application data through your device settings.
Data associated with your use of the Service that is collected by our third-party service providers (Google Play Services, AdMob, and Google Analytics for Firebase) is retained by those providers in accordance with their own respective retention periods, as set out in the privacy policies referenced in Section 3.
Data Deletion
Because we do not collect or store personal data ourselves, there is no account or server-side data under our control for which a deletion request would apply. Data stored locally on your device may be deleted at any time by uninstalling the application or by clearing its data and cache through your device's application settings.
To request deletion of data collected by our third-party service providers, you may do so directly through those providers. Data collected by Google Play Services, AdMob, and Google Analytics for Firebase can be managed or deleted through your Google Account's Data & Privacy settings, available at https://myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy.
Security
We value the trust you place in us and are committed to using commercially acceptable means to protect any information associated with the Service. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Tabata+ does not collect or retain user personal data in a private cloud; data is processed solely through the third-party service providers identified in Section 3.

The Service may contain links to external websites that are not operated by us. If you access a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of any external site you visit. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Children's Privacy
The Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We recommend that you review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately upon being posted on this page.
