Your use of the QR Fame software (the "Software"),QR Fame’s mobile application (the "Application"), is expressly conditioned on your acceptance of, and agreement to, this Terms Of Service Agreement (the "Agreement"). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions which apply to your use of the Service.

As used herein, the term "you" and "your'' shall mean you, either individually or as a single entity. All references to "we," "us" or "our" shall refer to QR Fame.

These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you and QR Fame.

Terms of service agreement

Please read these Terms carefully. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Services. You must accept these Terms prior to using the Site and/or the Application. By using and/or visiting the Site (including all content and services available through the Site) and/or the Application, you signify your assent to both these Terms and our privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

Changes may be made to these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Site and/or the Application will be deemed acceptance to any amended or updated terms. If you do not agree to any of these Terms, please do not use the Site and/or the Application. QR Fame reserves the right to change, update or cease to offer the Site, the Application or any part thereof at any time.

We will not rent, reveal or sell all your information to third parties (or the group of companies of which QR Fame is a part) and its controlled subsidiaries and affiliates without your consent.

Basic Rules

1.You represent and warrant that you are at least 8 years of age. If you are under age 8, you may not, under any circumstances or for any reason, use the Services. If you are under age of majority under the laws which apply to you, your parent or other legal representative must agree to the Terms of Services on your behalf, otherwise you may not use the Services. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse to offer the Services to any person or entity and change its eligibility criteria at any time.

2. You use the QR Fame services only for personal purposes (you may not use them for commercial purposes). You may not use the QR Fame services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all laws, rules and regulations (for example, federal, state, local and provincial) applicable to your use of the Service and your Content (defined below), including but not limited to, copyright laws. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, files, information, usernames, images, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, applications, links and other content or materials (collectively, “Content”) that you submit, post or display on or via the Service.

3. You must not interfere or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, including by transmitting any worms, viruses, spyware, malware or any other code of a destructive or disruptive nature, or access QR Fame's private API by any means other than in compliance with rules we set on API access.

4. You must not spam or submit any unwanted email or comments to any users of the QR Fame services, or use web URLs in your username without prior written consent from QR Fame.

5. You are not allowed to resell or charge others for use of or access to the QR Fame services, or duplicate, reproduce, transfer, give access to, copy or distribute any part of the QR Fame services in any medium without QR Fame's prior written authorization

6. Violation of these Terms of Use may, in QR Fame’s sole discretion, result in a ban of QR Fame usage. You understand and agree that QR Fame cannot and will not be responsible for the Content stylize on the Service and you use the Service at your own risk. If you violate the letter or spirit of these Terms of Use, or otherwise create risk or possible legal exposure for QR Fame, we can stop providing all or part of the Service to you.

Advertising

Some of the QR Fame Services are supported by advertising revenue and may display advertisements and promotions. You agree that QR Fame may place advertising and promotions on, about, or in conjunction with your Content. The manner, mode, and extent of such advertising and promotions are subject to change without notice to you. You acknowledge that we may not always identify paid services, sponsored content, or commercial communications as such.

In-app Purchase

The QR Fame Services may include virtual items or services that can be licensed for a fee, typically via an in-app purchase ("Purchased Content"). You may only license Purchased Content if you are over 18 years old, and only on a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable basis for non-commercial use only. If you deactivate your account, you will no longer have access to previously Purchased Content even if you later re-activate your account or create a new account. QR Fame reserves the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Purchase Content at any time. Upon the Purchased Content being made available to you, QR Fame's obligations to provide Purchase Content are deemed fulfilled.

Governing Law and Venue

The Terms, Privacy Policy, and Additional Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any conflicts of laws principles. The United Nations Conventions for International Sale of Goods does not apply to this agreement.

Disclaimer of Warranty

QR Fame Service is provided “AS IS'' AND “AS AVAILABLE”, without express or implied warranty or condition of any kind. You use the QR Fame Service at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, QR Fame and all owners of the content make no representations and disclaim any warranties or conditions of satisfactory quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitations of Liability

In no event shall QR Fame be liable for any loss or damages (including without limitation of any direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential loss or damage):

- Access to the Service or inability to access to the Service;

- Any third party's conduct, content, information or data;

- Personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and/or use of (or your inability to access and use) the QR Fame services, including, without limitation, making private content public or any damage caused to your computer or software or information stored thereon;

- Any unauthorized access to or use of QR Fame Services and/or any and all personal, private, and/ or other information stored therein.

The Apps may contain links to and from third party Apps of our business partners, advertisers, and social media sites. If you follow a link to any of these apps or websites, please note that these apps or websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for their policies. Please check the individual policies before you submit any information to those apps or websites.
