PinoSoft built the PinoFBT app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by PinoSoft and is intended for use as is.

In the event of an error or crash within the app, diagnostic data may be generated locally on your device to assist with debugging (such as device model, OS version, application settings, and timestamp of the error). This information is not linked to your personal identity and is not sent to external servers unless you voluntarily choose to contact support.

PinoFBT does not use cookies, web beacons, or third-party tracking identifiers.

Data Retention and Deletion Policy

Because PinoFBT does not collect, store, or process personal data on external servers, we do not retain any of your personal information.

Local Data: Any settings, logs, or cache generated by the app remain strictly on your local device and can be permanently removed at any time simply by uninstalling the application or clearing the application's local storage/cache via your device settings.

Deletion Requests: If you believe any information has been inadvertently transmitted to us, or if you wish to formally submit a data deletion inquiry, you can submit a request by contacting us directly at pinoquest@gmail.com. We will process and confirm your request within 30 days.

Children’s Privacy

We do not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
