If the parties are not resolved by mutual agreement, any matters related to the interpretation, validity or implementation of this agreement shall be arbitrated in Lagos, Nigeria by the sole arbitrator in English. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the arbitration rules of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. The arbitration decision is final, binding on all parties, and court orders can be made. The two parties unconditionally agreed to and submit to the jurisdiction of the Lagos High Court of Nigeria for this purpose. Nothing in this agreement shall be deemed to prevent Speedy Choice from seeking injunctive relief (or any other temporary relief) from any court that has jurisdiction over the parties and the subject of the dispute. This is exclusively for protecting the name of Mama credit. Information, trade secrets, know-how or any other intellectual property rights.
