นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวนี้อธิบายถึงวิธีการจัดการข้อมูลภายในแอปพลิเคชันของเรา ซึ่งถูกออกแบบมาเพื่อเป็นเครื่องมือให้ผู้ใช้บันทึกข้อมูลส่วนตัวลงในอุปกรณ์และจัดการข้อมูลด้วยตนเองเท่านั้น โดยไม่มีการสมัครสมาชิกและไม่มีการเก็บข้อมูลบนระบบคลาวด์หรือเซิร์ฟเวอร์ภายนอก

1. การเก็บรวบรวมและการจัดเก็บข้อมูล (เฉพาะภายในเครื่อง) แอปพลิเคชันของเราใช้เทคโนโลยี TinyDB ในการจัดเก็บข้อมูล โดยมีรายละเอียดดังนี้:

ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ผู้ใช้กรอก (เช่น ชื่อ รายละเอียด และหมายเลขโทรศัพท์) จะถูกจัดเก็บไว้ภายในหน่วยความจำของอุปกรณ์ผู้ใช้เท่านั้น (Local Storage)

ผู้พัฒนาไม่มีเซิร์ฟเวอร์ส่วนกลาง ไม่มีการเก็บรวบรวม หรือเข้าถึงข้อมูลใดๆ ที่คุณบันทึกไว้ในแอปพลิเคชันได้จากภายนอก

2. การแบ่งปันข้อมูล (ควบคุมโดยผู้ใช้) แอปพลิเคชันมีฟังก์ชันที่อนุญาตให้ผู้ใช้ส่งออกหรือแชร์ข้อมูลตัวเลขและรูปภาพหน้าจอ (Screenshot) ไปยังแอปพลิเคชันอื่นภายนอกได้ (เช่น แอปส่งข้อความ หรือโซเชียลมีเดีย) กระบวนการแชร์นี้เป็นการตัดสินใจและดำเนินการโดยตัวผู้ใช้เองทั้งสิ้น (User-initiated sharing) ระบบของแอปพลิเคชันไม่มีการแอบส่งข้อมูลออกไปเองโดยอัตโนมัติ

3. การลบและการเก็บรักษาข้อมูล

การลบโดยผู้ใช้: ผู้ใช้สามารถแก้ไขหรือลบข้อมูลที่บันทึกไว้ได้ด้วยตนเองทุกเมื่อผ่านหน้าจอการใช้งานภายในแอปพลิเคชัน

การลบข้อมูลทั้งหมด: เนื่องจากการจัดเก็บข้อมูลผูกอยู่กับตัวแอป การถอนการติดตั้งแอปพลิเคชัน (Uninstall) หรือการล้างข้อมูลแอป (Clear Data) ในตั้งค่าของระบบ จะส่งผลให้ข้อมูลใน TinyDB ทั้งหมดถูกลบออกอย่างถาวรทันที

This Privacy Policy describes how our application handles user data. Our app is designed as a standalone tool for users to record and manage their own information locally. There is no user registration, and no data is stored on clouds or external servers.

1. Data Collection and Storage (Local-Only) Our app uses TinyDB technology to store data:

All personal data entered by the user (such as names, details, and phone numbers) is stored strictly on the user's local device.

The developer does not have a central server and has no access to the information you save within the app.

2. Data Sharing (User-Initiated Only) The application includes features that allow users to voluntarily share numerical data or screenshots with other external applications (such as messaging apps or social media). This sharing process is entirely initiated and controlled by the user. The app does not automatically transmit or share any data behind the scenes.

3. Data Deletion and Retention

Manual Deletion: Users can manually edit or delete any recorded data at any time through the app's interface.

Full Deletion: Since all data is stored via TinyDB within the app's directory, uninstalling the application or clearing the app data in system settings will result in the immediate and permanent deletion of all stored information.
