นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวนี้อธิบายถึงวิธีการจัดการข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลภายในแอปพลิเคชันของเรา ซึ่งถูกออกแบบมาเพื่อเป็นเครื่องมือให้ผู้ใช้บันทึกข้อมูลส่วนตัวลงในอุปกรณ์เท่านั้น

4. การลบและการเก็บรักษาข้อมูล

การลบโดยผู้ใช้: ผู้ใช้สามารถเลือกลบข้อมูลที่บันทึกไว้ได้ด้วยตนเองทุกเมื่อผ่านหน้าจอการใช้งานในแอปพลิเคชัน

การลบข้อมูลทั้งหมด: เนื่องจากข้อมูลทั้งหมดถูกจัดเก็บด้วย TinyDB ภายในพื้นที่เฉพาะของแอป การถอนการติดตั้งแอปพลิเคชัน (Uninstall) หรือการสั่งล้างข้อมูลแอป (Clear Data) ในหน้าการตั้งค่าของระบบ จะส่งผลให้ข้อมูลที่บันทึกไว้ทั้งหมดถูกลบออกอย่างถาวรทันที โดยผู้พัฒนาจะไม่มีการสำรองข้อมูลหรือเก็บสำเนาข้อมูลใดๆ ของคุณไว้หลังจากที่ถูกลบออกจากเครื่องแล้ว

1. Data Collection and Storage (Local-Only) Our app uses TinyDB technology to store data. We want to emphasize that:

All personal data entered by the user (such as names, details, and phone numbers) is stored strictly on the user's local device.

We do not have a central server, and we do not collect, transmit, or share your data with ourselves or any third parties.

The developer has no access to the information you save within the app.

2. Data Safety Even though the data remains on your device, we treat it with importance:

No Data Transmission: Since there is no server connection, your data never leaves your phone via this app.

User Control: You have full control over your data. You can edit or delete your information at any time within the app. Clearing the app's cache or uninstalling the app will permanently delete all stored TinyDB data.

3. Permissions Our app only requests permissions that are necessary for its core functionality. We do not use permissions to secretly access your contacts or private files.

4. Data Deletion and Retention

Manual Deletion: Users can manually delete any recorded data at any time through the application’s interface.

Full Deletion: Since all data is stored using TinyDB within the app's private directory, uninstalling the application or clearing the app data in the system settings will result in the immediate and permanent deletion of all stored information. We do not keep any backup or copy of your data once it is deleted from your device.
